Instaclustr Terraform Provider Added to Terraform Provider Registry

Instaclustr is pleased to announce that our popular Terraform provider is now published to the official Terraform providers registry. This makes the provider publicly available for browsing and searching via the registry interface, as well as available to install via the CLI.

Terraform is a popular framework that enables infrastructure as code (IAC) capabilities, allowing users to provision and manage cloud infrastructure. This allows Instaclustr customers to interact with Instaclustr managed services in a repeatable, programmatic way; enabling automation and versioning of workflows for testing, pre-production, and production.

Some of the features that were not available in earlier versions—due to a Terraform limitation when used locally—will now be available, and initialization with the most recent version will now find the Instaclustr provider on the registry appropriately.

Please visit the Terraform Providers documentation for general information about Terraform Providers and our latest provider is available on the registry. Our Github repository also contains our provider code for review with usage examples and support documentation. For more general information you can also read last year’s Terraform announcement blog or watch our InstaBlinks episode on Terraform.
